How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  1. Email us at info@studopolis.ru with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  2. Through Gumroad — log in to your Gumroad account, find the purchase, and request a refund directly. Gumroad will process it automatically.

Refund Processing

All payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Gumroad's payment system and will be returned to the original payment method.

The exact processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests received after 30 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people — if you have a genuine issue, please reach out.
